Make a well in center, then add water and oil and gradually stir into flour with a wooden spoon until a dough forms. i always use whole wheat flour and found it fine for this. I only rolled it into one bigger round. Convection oven turned out better than coventional, for me. I think I will definitely try it out. 1/2 pound of hot roast beef, provolone, mayo, toasted on New Orleans French bread. It turned out great.
